My practice focuses on insolvency, including bankruptcies and restructurings, as well as receiverships, foreclosures, creditors’ remedies, security realizations, and other commercial matters. I assist trustees, receivers, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in commercial disputes.
I also advise housing co-operatives on various issues, including rules and occupancy agreements, membership relations and terminations, contracts, policies, human rights claims and related litigation.
Before joining Gehlen Dabbs Cash LLP, I worked in a broad litigation practice that included commercial, real estate, corporate, human rights, and estate litigation. In this practice, I was involved in several trials, appeals, and other hearings.
