My practice focuses mainly on insolvency, including bankruptcies, restructurings, receiverships, foreclosures, creditors’ remedies, security realizations, and other commercial matters. I assist trustees, receivers, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in commercial disputes.
I also assist in housing co-operative matters on a range of issues, including rules and occupancy agreements, membership relations and terminations, corporate governance, contracts, policies, human rights claims and related litigation.
Before joining Gehlen Dabbs Cash LLP, I articled and practiced at a national firm in Vancouver before moving to London, UK, where I worked at an international law firm focusing on commercial litigation matters. In these roles, I was involved in several trials, appeals, and other hearings.
