I regularly advise housing co-operatives on all aspects of their operations, including funding, disputes, policies, and membership termination. My practice also includes representing housing co-operatives in related litigation before the courts. The remainder of my practice focuses on insolvency and creditors’ remedies.
Prior to joining Gehlen Dabbs Cash LLP, I practised civil litigation at the Vancouver offices of a national firm, gaining wide-ranging experience in commercial litigation, insurance defence, environmental law, maritime law, and administrative law, among other areas. I have appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia.
